Capgemini is seeking an AI Growth Leader to lead senior-level client engagements and drive the full AI lifecycle from strategy to production. You will collaborate with Capgemini experts, hyperscale partners, and clients to translate AI opportunities into measurable business outcomes and scalable, production-ready solutions.

As part of the Americas AI Center of Excellence, you will shape AI-led transformation, prioritize opportunities, and govern architectures, data, and security while delivering

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in technology consulting, AI, data, or tech services.
• Experience advising senior executives and delivering across advisory to delivery.
• Proven track record delivering complex AI initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on AI engineering: building GenAI solutions, agents, and prototypes.
• Strong architecture across cloud platforms with governance and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on AI value and create prioritized roadmaps.
• Lead discovery with business and tech leaders and frame problems.
• Design enterprise-grade solution architectures for security and scalability.
• Develop prototypes and agents using frontier models with client data.
• Define business cases and track value realization after go-live.
• Lead AI content for proposals, oral presentations and client workshops.
• Create reusable accelerators and engage partners to scale.
