Job summary

Itential is redefining how GTM operations work in the AI era. The Director of Growth and GTM Operations will lead Marketing, Business Development, Channel, Sales, and post-sales to grow pipeline and improve customer outcomes in the United States.

You will build the connected GTM system, own data, processes, and reporting, and partner with engineers to deploy agentic workflows using Bedrock and Claude Code.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth or GTM leadership in B2B technology.
• Strong Salesforce experience across pipeline processes and reporting.
• Experience with data platforms and reporting across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GTM growth roadmap and drive pipeline through data, processes, and automation.
• Build trusted reporting from Salesforce, Snowflake, Gong to show pipeline health and risks.
• Design and deploy agentic workflows using AI tools to improve handling of opportunities.
• Remove friction across the revenue journey and ensure timely, high-quality handoffs.
• Set pipeline targets with Marketing and Sales and convert signals into nurture and outreach.
• Partner with Finance to make the growth economics visible and drive decisions.
