Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in control management within the financial services sector, focusing on compliance, operational risk and technology risk.
• Proven experience leading control oversight for a product, business, or function within a large, complex organization.
• People leadership, including setting strategic direction, developing talent, collaboration and accountability.
• Strategic thinking and sound judgment with the ability to navigate ambiguity and develop practical, innovative solutions.
• Project management and execution skills, including leading strategic initiatives and driving outcomes.
• Proven ability to build trusted partnerships and communicate complex matters to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team providing control oversight for an Operations product organization and strategic guidance supporting responsible AI adoption.
• Identify, assess and manage compliance and operational risks.
• Partner with Operations Product and other stakeholders to strengthen the control environment and support business objectives.
• Promote consistent interpretation and application of policies, standards and governance requirements.
• Anticipate emerging risks and drive practical enhancements to governance and control practices.
• Develop effective, sustainable controls and drive timely resolution of identified gaps.
• Provide senior management with clear, actionable insights on risks, controls and issues.
• Lead strategic initiatives, manage delivery and influence ongoing development of the control management approach.
• Develop talent and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
