Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Tech Risk & Controls Lead to mitigate technology risks and uphold operational excellence within Core Foundational Platforms. You will identify and mitigate compliance and risk issues while guiding technology owners and regulators toward robust controls.

You will leverage enterprise AI capabilities, drive risk intelligence reporting, and partner with product owners and control teams to strengthen the firm's risk posture in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology risk management or cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of AI threats, mitigations, and defense mechanisms.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and financial regulations.
• Strong data security, risk assessment, reporting, and governance experience.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support risk workflows with validation.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify, communicate, and manage technology risk with root-cause analysis.
• Build relationships with LOB technologists, assessment teams, data officers for cross-functional work.
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate synthesis of risk evidence and draft reports.
• Govern controls, policies, issue management, and measurements with senior management insights.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted control testing and action-plan management.
• Monitor control effectiveness and propose improvements to strengthen risk posture.
