Job summary

You will identify and mitigate regulatory and operational risks, provide SME guidance on AI controls, and partner with Product Owners, data officers, and regulators to report risk posture. This role emphasizes AI-enabled risk workflows and continuous improvement in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology risk management experience.
• Deep knowledge of AI risk governance and data security.
• Familiar with financial regulatory requirements.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities with validation.
• Ability to influence executive-level decisions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product owners and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify, communicate, and manage technology risk with root-cause analysis.
• Build relationships with LOB technologists and data officers for cross-functional progress.
• Use AI capabilities to accelerate risk evidence synthesis and draft exec reporting.
• Govern controls, policies, issue management, and measurements for senior insights.
• Promote AI-assisted, reuse-first control testing with auditability.
• Monitor control effectiveness and recommend enhancements to strengthen compliance.
