Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an AI Control Manager Senior Associate in Jersey City to strengthen AI governance and risk controls within the CO&D team. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technology or related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of AI/ML concepts from a Risk & Controls perspective.
• Self-motivated with ownership and ability to hit the ground running.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to lead discussions and follow-ups.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across functions.
• Experience handling large data sets and identifying trends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct AI risk assessments for CO&D AI/ML solutions, ensure risks are documented and remediated.
• Ensure CO&D AI/ML solutions comply with firmwide governance standards.
• Execute control testing across KYC/client onboarding processes (CDD/EDD evidence and procedures).
• Perform proactive reviews identified through audits or risk engagements.
• Document testing scope, results, and conclusions in audit-ready format.
• Identify control gaps and remediation opportunities with stakeholders.
• Report trends and control weaknesses through appropriate channels.
• Lead efforts to simplify KYC/onboarding control testing using AI-enabled tools.
• Translate testing requirements into effective prompts and reusable templates.
• Embed AI into BAU controls monitoring with governance and documentation.
• Share ideas to automate and improve processes.
