LPL Financial seeks an Assistant Vice President to lead the AI Governance program, overseeing intake, risk assessments, policy management, and committee governance across Technology, Security, Data Governance, Privacy, Compliance, Legal, and Audit.

The role focuses on documenting AI use cases, inventory, approvals, and lifecycle governance to enable responsible AI adoption with clear accountability and oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 5-8+ years of governance, risk management, or compliance experience.
• Experience in enterprise AI Governance programs.
• Experience operating governance processes across intake, risk, policy, committees, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of enterprise AI Governance Program.
• Administer AI use case intake, triage, review, and approvals.
• Coordinate AI risk assessments with subject-matter experts.
• Manage AI governance committees, agendas, and records.
• Develop and maintain governance policies and procedures.
• Monitor program indicators and drive improvements.
