Job summary

Wintermeyer Ventures is hiring its first US GTM hire for an AI infrastructure company, building the North American sales presence and shaping the growth strategy. You will work across product-led growth and enterprise sales to drive inbound and outbound opportunities.

You’ll partner with a GTM engineer on outbound automation, craft targeted outreach via LinkedIn, translate customer needs into product requirements, and engage with technical buyers such as developers and CTOs to drive adoption.

Qualifications

5–10 years in a customer-facing GTM role (e.g., account executive or sales engineer).
Track record selling complex technical products to technical audiences.
Experience with both product-led growth and enterprise sales motions.
Background in AI, voice AI, developer tools, cloud, or infrastructure products with strong technical aptitude.
Recent roles demonstrating at least one year of tenure.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end sales for inbound PLG leads and outbound enterprise opportunities; deal cycles range from weeks to months.
Partner with a GTM engineer on outbound automation and targeted outreach via LinkedIn.
Translate customer needs into actionable product/engineering requirements for proofs of concept.
Build trust with technical buyers, including developers and CTOs.
Help define go-to-market strategy by identifying verticals and use cases for AI.
