TiDB seeks an AI-native GTM & Sales Ops Associate to be the analytical backbone of our North America business. This role goes beyond numbers, shaping where to invest and building the automation that runs the deals. You’ll bridge NA leadership and global HQ, delivering data-driven guidance and scalable processes.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in analytical Ops roles, fluency in English and Mandarin, and a passion for automating workflows with AI tools and low-code platforms.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Sales Ops, RevOps, GTM/Business Strategy, market or competitive research, or another highly analytical role.
• Native or professional fluency in English and Mandarin preferred.
• Power user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and capable with automation.
• Vibe coding mindset: prompt, build internal tools, automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• North America Market & GTM Analysis: Build an outside-in view of the NA GTM and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Pipeline & Forecast Analytics: Own analytics and forecast cadence; explain data and propose fixes.
• AI-Native Systems & Automation: Wire LLMs and low-code tools into daily workflows to automate repetitive work.
• Compensation & Incentives: Manage and calculate sales commission plans accurately and clearly.
• Data Foundation & CRM Integrity: Maintain a trustworthy source of truth for sales data.
• Global Coordination: Align NA leadership with global HQ across strategy and priorities.
