Qualifications

• Hands-on production support and ITIL operations experience.

• Proficiency in change, release, and incident management processes.
• Experience in API integration and IAM/security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for RTB operations in the Lending segment.
• Focus on production operations and engineering enablement initiatives.
• Perform RCA and implement corrective actions.
• Manage batch and file processing workloads and monitoring.
• Ensure platform reliability and service availability.
