Job summary
The Mutual Group seeks an Lead AI Infrastructure Operations Engineer to enable, operate, and improve AI infrastructure for production solutions. You will coordinate across AI, application, data, security, and platform teams, ensuring reliability, security, and performance on AWS.

Qualifications
- 8+ years IT experience with 5+ years in infrastructure operations or DevOps.
- Experience supporting cloud-hosted AI production apps.
- Experience with observability, logging, tracing, monitoring, dashboards and alerting.
- Knowledge of AWS networking, identity and security.
Responsibilities
- Enable AI infrastructure and environments across teams.
- Coordinate provisioning, configuration, access and changes with AWS provider and partners.
- Support operational readiness and production readiness for AI solutions.
- Define service health indicators, SLIs, and KPIs; create runbooks and dashboards.
