Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking Production Support cum AI-forward DevOps Engineers to strengthen ITIL operations, incident and change management, and platform reliability. The role emphasizes automation, monitoring, and secure, auditable release processes within Lending ecosystems.

The candidate will work with a broad set of tools including ServiceNow, Datadog, ELK, Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Kubernetes to deliver resilient, scalable solutions while ensuring compliance and governance

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Support and ITIL Operations including incident, problem, vulnerability, change and release management.
• Proven ability in production monitoring, troubleshooting, batch/file processing, root cause analysis, and deployment management.
• Hands-on with API integration, IAM, disaster recovery planning, platform reliability, and CI/CD pipeline support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain application stability while driving automation, standardization, reliability, and continuous improvement across Lending ecosystem.
• Implement observability, monitoring, security remediation, compliance, and governance.
• Support cloud platform administration and IaC with scripting/automation using Python and PowerShell.

Roles & Responsibilities

Resources should have strong hands-on experience in Production Support and ITIL Operations, including incident, problem, vulnerability, change, and release management; production monitoring and troubleshooting; batch and file-processing support; root cause analysis; environment and deployment management; API integration and support; identity and access management (IAM), including access, certificate, and privileged access management; disaster recovery planning and execution; platform reliability and service availability; CI/CD pipeline implementation and support; cloud platform administration; Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC); scripting and automation using Python and PowerShell; observability and monitoring; security remediation, compliance, and governance; and operational automation engineering. These resources will be expected to maintain application stability while driving automation, standardization, reliability, and continuous improvement across the Lending ecosystem.

Candidates should have working knowledge and hands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow, CMDB, Control-M, Datadog, ELK/Kibana, SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, Active Directory/Entra ID, CyberArk, SQL, Confluence, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube, Invicti, Rapid7, Azure Portal, Azure services and functions, Co-Pilot, Informatica, Terraform, Kubernetes, Python, PowerShell, and related monitoring, deployment, cloud, automation, and security tools. Experience with monitoring standards, change controls, release management, platform reliability practices, and RTB support is a plus but not required.

Salary Range- $90,000-$100,000 a year
