Job summary
AXIS Capital seeks an organized, technically strong AI Solutions Support Lead to own production AI solutions and coordinate cross-functional teams. You will manage incidents, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements, aligning governance and business value.
The role requires leading a mix of internal staff and partner engineers, with occasional after-hours work to support critical deployments and incident responses in New York.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting or maintaining production AI, ML, analytics, or data-driven solutions.
- Understand AI lifecycles: deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and enhancement.
- Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate partners and stakeholders.
- Strong incident management, problem-solving, and service delivery skills.
Responsibilities
- Own production AI solutions and maintain ownership after handover from delivery teams.
- Coordinate incident response, triage, and post-incident reviews with partners.
- Manage defect remediation and code fixes across internal and partner teams.
- Monitor performance, drift, fairness, cost, and value realization of AI services.
- Drive continuous improvement and manage enhancement backlogs for production AI.
