Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments. You’ll work with a Deployment Strategist on real, production-ready deliveries for large strategic customers, handling configuration, customization, and full-stack deployment with measurable business impact.

You will own end-to-end technical components, collaborate with customers, and stay at the forefront of AI tools and models.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system.
Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience is required.
Experience delivering customer-facing projects in Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments.
Own end-to-end technical components from architecture to deployment and observability.
Develop AI agents and experiences that operate in production-scale customer environments.
Integrate data pipelines with customer data platforms and tools; model data and validate outputs.
Create agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting to track health and outcomes.
