Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You will join a delivery team and partner with a Deployment Strategist to bring production-ready solutions from day one.

Engagements range from a single strategic customer to multiple accounts, spanning configuration, customization, and full-stack deployment with measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience required.
• Experience delivering customer projects in Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.
• Fluent in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex; willingness to expand.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered agent solutions for enterprise customers.
• Own end-to-end technical components from architecture to deployment and observability.
• Collaborate with Senior Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategist on complex deliveries.
• Provide field insights to product teams and customers.
