Job summary

ModMed is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Enablement & Operations Partner to architect an AI-first recruitment ecosystem. You will enable recruiters and hiring managers with education, tools, and objective AI assessment criteria to hire top talent efficiently across our global footprint.

You will redesign workflows, develop a TA playbook, and drive adoption with measurable AI efficiency metrics while integrating Workday, Ashby, and other leading tools into a seamless talent ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition with at least 2 years in TA Operations, Enablement, or AI-driven redesign.
• Proven AI-native workflow experience using Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, or talent platforms.
• 2–3 years configuring and optimizing Workday Recruiting, Greenhouse, Ashby, or similar ATS.
• Strong corporate training, instructional design, or change management background.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data viz in Tableau/PowerBI/DOMO.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex AI logic for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Redesign end-to-end recruitment workflows to AI-native talent pipelines.
• Develop and maintain the TA playbook for AI-enabled workflows.
• Create education programs and onboarding modules to raise AI proficiency.
• Lead adoption tracking and change management for new tools.
• Enable hiring teams to convert AI insights into strong interviews.
• Architect global TA tech stack integration with Workday, Ashby, Gem, and LinkedIn.
