Modernizing Medicine, Inc. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Enablement & Operations Partner to architect an AI-first recruitment ecosystem. You will redesign global TA processes and lead hiring-team enablement across our US and international footprints.

This role emphasizes AI-driven criteria, bias reduction, and high-velocity, high-quality hiring. You will build education programs for recruiters and managers, implement standardized AI assessments, and optimize the tech stack

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition or TA Operations
• AI-native recruitment design and evaluation
• Experience configuring and optimizing ATS workflows and integrations
• Enablement and coaching experience for training teams
• Data literacy with KPI visualization in BI tools

Responsibilities

• Architect AI-first recruitment processes for end-to-end workflows
• Develop and maintain a modern TA playbook for AI-enabled hiring
• Design and deliver ongoing training for recruiters and hiring managers
• Lead adoption tracking and gather feedback to maximize tool utilization
• Translate AI insights into actionable interviewing strategies
• Serve as the primary business architect for global TA tech stack (Workday, ATS, CRM)
