The Talent Acquisition Enablement & Operations Partner will redesign global TA workflows, empower recruiters and hiring managers with AI assessment criteria, and drive high-velocity, high-quality hiring across worldwide footprints.

Qualifications include 10+ years in TA, strong AI fluency, and proven experience with Workday/GH/Ashby.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition with a focus on operations enablement.
• Experience designing AI-native recruitment workflows and criteria.
• Hands-on experience configuring Workday Recruiting or similar ATS.
• Strong training, coaching, and change-management capabilities.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and data-visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Redesign end-to-end recruitment workflows into AI-native pipelines.
• Develop and maintain a modern Talent Acquisition playbook.
• Design education programs and onboarding for TA teams.
• Lead adoption and change-management for new tools.
• Enable hiring teams to translate AI insights into interviews.
• Architect TA tech stack interoperability (Workday, Ashby, Gem, LinkedIn).
• Build dashboards to measure KPIs and AI metrics.
