Job summary

ModMed is seeking a Talent Acquisition Enablement & Operations Partner to architect an AI-first recruitment ecosystem. You will redesign global TA processes, enable recruiters and hiring managers with AI tools, and drive high-velocity, high-quality hiring across our global footprint.

The role requires 10+ years in TA with a focus on operations, strong AI fluency, and extensive ATS experience. Expect a hybrid US-based role with emphasis on adoption and analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition with at least 2 years focused on TA Operations/Enablement or AI-driven redesign.
• AI fluency and ability to design AI-native workflows for recruiting.
• 2–3 years configuring and optimizing Workday Recruiting, Greenhouse, Ashby, or similar ATS.
• Strong background in corporate training, instructional design, or change management.
• Data literacy with Excel/Google Sheets and dashboarding in Tableau/PowerBI.
• Excellent communication to translate tech processes to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Redesign end-to-end TA workflows with AI-native pipelines (sourcing, screening, scheduling, engagement).
• Create and maintain modern TA playbooks for AI tool usage and standardized workflows.
• Design and deliver AI literacy and onboarding modules for the TA team.
• Lead adoption tracking and change management for new tools and processes.
• Enable hiring teams to translate AI insights into high-quality interviews.
• Architect TA tech stack integrations (Workday, Ashby, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Develop dashboards to measure Time-to-Fill, Funnel Conversions, and AI metrics.
