Job summary

ModMed is seeking an Experience Talent Acquisition Enablement & Operations Partner to architect an AI-first TA ecosystem. You will redesign recruitment workflows globally, empower recruiters and hiring managers with AI tools, and build standardized criteria for top talent assessment.

The role focuses on hiring team enablement, adoption tracking, and integrating AI assessments with human interviews, ensuring scalable, high-quality hiring across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition with 2+ years in TA Operations, Enablement, or AI-driven redesign.
• Proven experience building AI-native workflows using tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude or specialized platforms.
• 2–3 years configuring and optimizing Workday Recruiting, Greenhouse, Ashby, or similar ATS workflows.
• Strong background in training, change management, and driving adoption of new tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization (Tableau/PowerBI/Domo).
• Excellent ability to translate complex processes and AI constraints for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Redesign end-to-end recruitment workflows with AI-native pipelines.
• Develop and maintain a modern TA playbook for AI-enabled processes.
• Lead education, adoption, and change management for new tools.
• Enable hiring teams to translate AI insights into effective interviews.
• Architect and optimize the global TA tech stack (Workday, ATS, CRM integrations).
• Create dashboards with KPIs and AI metrics (adoption velocity, screening accuracy).
