ModMed, headquartered in Boca Raton, FL, seeks a Talent Acquisition Enablement & Operations Partner to architect an AI-first recruitment ecosystem and redesign global TA processes. You will empower recruiters and hiring managers with AI tools and criteria to drive fast, high-quality hires across our footprint.

You will lead the TA tech stack design, configure Workday and integrations with Ashby, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and automated workflows, while building dashboards and analytics to improve

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition.
• 2+ years in TA Operations, Enablement, or AI-driven process redesign.
• Experience building AI-native workflows and frameworks.
• Hands-on ATS configuration with Workday Recruiting, Greenhouse, Ashby, or similar.
• Strong data literacy and experience with Excel/Sheets and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Redesign end-to-end recruitment workflows using AI-native pipelines.
• Develop and maintain a modern TA playbook for AI-enabled workflows.
• Design AI assessment literacy programs and onboarding modules.
• Lead adoption tracking and change management across tool rollouts.
• Enable hiring teams to translate AI insights into high-quality interviews.
• Architect the global TA tech stack and integrations (Workday, Ashby, Gem, LinkedIn).
