Fuel Cycle is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting and elevate our TA function with an AI-first mindset. You’ll design intelligent workflows, partner with hiring managers across LA, NY, and remote US and India, and drive data-driven hiring results.

Responsibilities include building AI-powered pipelines, coaching on interviews, and ensuring pay transparency across jurisdictions. This role emphasizes in-office work five days a week in LA/NY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 5+ years in talent acquisition with full-cycle ownership.
• Experience with distributed/international hiring including cross-border.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for in-office roles (LA, NY, remote US, India).
• Coach hiring managers and ensure unbiased interviewing practices.
• Build and automate AI-powered recruiting workflows for speed and quality.
• Maintain Ashby ATS data integrity and reporting.
