Job summary

Gong is shaping the future of revenue intelligence with an AI-first platform. As a Solutions Engineer, you will partner with sales and product teams to demonstrate Gong’s capabilities, run POCs and pilots, and craft architecture diagrams for complex use cases that drive customer value.

You will collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to remove blockers and ensure successful deals while supporting marketing initiatives and developing reusable content for the team.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing solutions engineering experience (pre-sales)
• Experience with multiple industry verticals considered a plus
• Familiarity with sales technology (CRMs, cloud, telephony) and data concepts
• Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics

Responsibilities

• Act as expert and advisor to prospects and account teams
• Explain and demo Gong platform across user types
• Assist with business assessments (POCs, pilots) and RFPs
• Create demos and architecture diagrams for complex use cases
• Collaborate cross-functionally to move deals forward
• Support marketing with demand generation activities
• Develop reusable assets for the Solutions Engineering team
