Job summary

Gong is seeking a Commercial Revenue Architect to partner with customers and executive stakeholders, guiding revenue transformation using Gong’s AI Operating System. You will architect workflows, drive adoption, and quantify business impact across the revenue lifecycle.

The role emphasizes ROI conversations, collaboration with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing and executives, and a high-paced, coachable culture. NYC-based hub preferred, with commutable distance to an office.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in a customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience owning relationships with VP and C-suite stakeholders and ROI conversations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive customer outcomes and ROI through cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Transformation Strategy: design and implement GTM revenue ops with Gong’s AIOS.
• Workflow Architecture: map current processes to AI-driven workflows producing revenue outcomes.
• Adoption and Change Management: drive adoption and embed Gong in daily team rhythms.
• Value Realization: quantify measurable business outcomes to show Gong’s ROI.
• Renewal and Expansion: own renewal strategy with cross-functional growth alignment.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.
