Gong is seeking a Solutions Experience Engineer to design, build, and automate world-class demo environments and assets. You’ll enable GTM teams, partners, and customers with persona-based demos and scalable tooling, while collaborating across Product, Engineering, and Sales to showcase Gong’s outcomes.

You will lead end-to-end sandbox management, data generation, and automated pipelines, contributing to high-visibility demos at conferences and analyst reviews, and shaping Gong’s platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years in demo/solutions engineering or related role.
• Python/JavaScript or QA automation experience.
• Solid understanding of B2B sales processes and revenue personas.
• Experience building demo datasets and pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and document demo solutions and workflows across buyer personas.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to integrate feature releases and manage sandbox environments.
• Create high impact technical collateral and reusable demo assets for GTM teams.
• Leverage AI tools to build, prototype, and scale internal tooling and demos.
• Build and maintain automated pipelines for provisioning and monitoring demo environments.
• Research market trends and automate improvements to demo architecture and data generation.
• Lead demo-based GTM initiatives with timelines and risk mitigations.
• Track sandbox adoption metrics and communicate new features to field teams.
• Report status and insights to Presales, Partners, and GTM Demo Committee.
• Join strategic calls for ecosystem partners where demo depth is needed.
• Conduct tailored technical demos to enable internal GTM teams on platform updates.
• Deliver platform demos at conferences and analyst reviews.
