Job summary

Gong is seeking a hands-on CoE role focused on governance, GTM process design, and AI acceleration. You will own end-to-end projects, work with Sales, Post-Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering, and drive scalable workflows that enable revenue teams to operate more effectively.

You will build referenceable assets, contribute to product direction, and help maintain instance governance standards while exploring new Gong capabilities and integrations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in revenue operations or related GTM function.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute CoE projects including governance, GTM process design, and AI acceleration.
• Build and maintain governed workflows, deal boards, trackers, and automated plays.
• Collaborate with product, Sales, Post-Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to turn requests into scalable solutions.
• Develop referenceable assets and case studies for prospects and customers.
• Contribute to CoE’s quarterly viewpoints on product direction and health dashboards.
