Job summary

Gong is seeking a Solutions Engineer on the Industry Expansion vertical to guide customers toward an AI-first GTM strategy. You will work with prospects and customers to articulate business value, run POCs, and deliver tailored demonstrations.

You will collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to architect solutions, compose demos, and produce reusable assets that drive revenue. A strong technical and communicative background is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in a solutions engineering role (pre-sales) or similar.
• Experience with sales technology, data flows, and AI/ML concepts is a plus.
• Understanding of security and privacy for SaaS systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Be the expert and advisor to the Go To Market team.
• Explain and demo Gong platform to all user types.
• Act as trusted advisor to prospects and customers for outcomes.
• Assist with POCs, pilots, and RFPs.
• Create content for use cases including MCP and integrations.
• Deliver outcome-based demos and solution architecture diagrams.
• Explain complex business and technical requirements simply.
• Support cross-functional deals and marketing initiatives.
• Contribute assets to the Solutions Engineering team.
