Job summary

Gong is seeking a Mid Market Revenue Architect to partner with mid-sized customers and drive revenue transformation using Gong’s AI Operating System. You will design workflows, accelerate adoption, and quantify ROI across the revenue lifecycle.

You will combine deep knowledge of revenue operations with change management to deliver measurable business results. This role emphasizes executive stakeholder engagement, collaboration across teams, and delivering customer value.

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years proven experience in customer facing role in a B2B SaaS company.
• Track record owning relationships with senior (VP and C-suite) stakeholders and owning value and ROI conversations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Passion for driving customer outcomes and contributing to a high performing and accountable work culture.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Transformation Strategy: Partner with senior GTM leaders to design and execute strategies modernizing revenue operations through Gong’s AIOS.
• Workflow Architecture: Map current-state processes to AI-driven workflows that translate to revenue outcomes.
• Adoption and Change Management: Lead adoption initiatives that drive behavior change and embed Gong in daily rhythms.
• Value Realization: Use data-driven insights to quantify measurable business outcomes demonstrating Gong’s ROI.
• Renewal and Expansion Management: Own renewal strategy and execution with cross-functional teams.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
