Job summary

Gong is seeking an Enterprise Revenue Architect to partner with our largest customers and drive transformational outcomes using Gong’s AIOS. You will lead a team, shape account strategy with C-suite stakeholders, and translate data into value for the revenue organization across finance, healthcare, and other sectors.

You will own renewal and expansion strategies, collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing, and champion adoption of AI-driven workflows that deliver measurable ROI at scale.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct people management experience leading Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services teams in a B2B SaaS company.
• 6–10+ years of total proven experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience working with Financial Services or Healthcare customers.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Revenue Architects.
• Partner with senior GTM leaders to design and oversee revenue operations modernization.
• Guide your team in mapping current-state processes to AI-driven workflows that translate to revenue outcomes.
• Drive adoption initiatives that embed Gong into daily team rhythms across Enterprise accounts.
• Own the aggregate renewal strategy and execution for the team, partnering with cross-functional leaders on growth and NDR.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing for a seamless customer journey.
• Drive adoption and usage to accelerate time-to-value for enterprise accounts.
