Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Vice President / General Manager, Operating Unit Lead to drive AMER Professional Services across an industry-aligned portfolio. Qualifications

• 15+ years in a Services leadership position with proven quota attainment and results managing a portfolio of $250M+.
• 15+ years of deep industry expertise and knowledge of industry-specific challenges.
• 5+ years at Salesforce or in the Salesforce ecosystem with direct P&L responsibility.
• Track record in product and business model innovation to create scalable service offers.
• Experience leading transformational projects delivering customer outcomes through technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry and account-focused thought leadership for AMER Professional Services.
• Champion the transition to an AI Native delivery model embedded with AI capabilities.
• Attract and develop top talent with a focus on AI fluency and transformation.
• Develop insights about customers and industry trends to inform sales plays.
• Collaborate with CSG, Sales, Marketing, and Product to operationalize service delivery by segment.
• Influence across organizations without direct hierarchical ownership.
• Serve as a trusted advisor with customers and analysts on AI-enabled outcomes.
• Manage financial commitments of the operating unit against business metrics.
• Systematize new service packages and AI-native delivery models.
• Evangelize the portfolio internally and externally, including AI-powered offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services across sub-segments.
• Lead large-scale transformation translating AI-native vision into operating models.
