Job summary

Anchor is hiring an AI-First SDR in Austin, TX. You’ll qualify inbound leads, drive outbound pipeline, and close smaller deals as you grow toward a full-cycle AE role.

You’ll work with AI to automate research, personalization, sequencing, and follow-up, and you’ll rely on CRM and AI analytics to optimize the sales motion. This is an energetic, fast-paced role on our founding sales team.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in sales development or SDR/BDR role.
• Proven outbound: cold calls, email, and LinkedIn multi-channel prospecting.
• Quota track record with measurable results.
• AI-first mindset with hands-on tool experience.
• Tech-savvy: configures own tools (CRM, sequencer, AI).
• Strong communicator with decision-makers.
• Education as stated or equivalent accounting/finance experience.
• Location: able to work EST, Central, MST, PST hours.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and conduct discovery calls using AI-driven scoring and routing.
• Drive outbound pipeline via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and AI-powered sequences.
• Close small deals end-to-end as part of growth toward a full-cycle AE role.
• Run an AI-powered sales motion with AI-generated research, personalized emails, and AI-briefed prep.
• Generate leads at events and conferences.
• Collaborate with Marketing on demand gen and with AEs for handoffs.
• Track, analyze, and optimize using CRM and AI analytics.
