Job summary

Workstream is seeking an AI-first Revenue Operations Analyst to help our GTM teams operate more efficiently by turning data into insights, automating processes, and building tools. The role reports to the Head of Finance and involves collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success in a hybrid, office-based setting in Lehi, Utah.

You will design and optimize lead-to-cash processes, maintain dashboards, and champion an AI-first approach to improve productivity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations or similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience building dashboards with Looker or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional revenue initiatives across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Identify bottlenecks in lead-to-cash and develop scalable solutions.
• Document and improve GTM workflows and forecasting processes.
• Build dashboards and ad-hoc analyses to inform GTM leaders.
• Collaborate with Data team to improve data quality and definitions.
