ServiceNow is seeking a Partner Technology Architect in Atlanta to drive strategic partner growth through pre-sales excellence, business development, and AI-first technology adoption. You will combine advisory relationships with solution architecture to translate capabilities into repeatable offerings that partners can build, scale and monetize.

Travel up to 50% and engage with partners across ecosystems, focusing on executive engagement and co-innovation to deliver measurable business outcomes

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pre-sales solution consulting, partner strategy, or related roles.
• Experience working with partners, system integrators, hyperscalers, or tech alliances.
• Strong executive presence with VP+ level stakeholders.
• Ability to connect business strategy with technology solutions into partner growth.
• Experience shaping partner practices, offerings, or go-to-market motions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full spectrum from pre-sales technical engagement through strategic co-innovation and business growth advisory.
• Lead partner strategy and business development, including joint planning and investments.
• Conduct technical discovery, executive briefings, and solution demonstrations to articulate value.
• Translate platform and AI capabilities into partner-differentiated, scalable offerings.
• Provide technical escalation support for critical partner-led opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a unified partner experience.
