Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager for Onchain Compliance to streamline onboarding, training, and certification while running enablement as an AI-first system that scales with TRM's evolving products and processes.

You'll design scalable programs, leverage AI to build knowledge checks, roleplays, and content, and partner with Sales Leadership, PMM, Product, and Deployment to drive productivity and credibility in a fast-moving regulatory market.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or a related GTM function.
• Experience building onboarding, training, and certification programs for sales teams, using AI to produce content at scale.
• Able to learn complex topics quickly and translate them into practical resources using AI.
• Hands-on with sales enablement tools, quick to adopt, optimize, and automate new systems with AI.
• Comfortable building AI quality checks and roleplays from real call data to keep content accurate.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for the Onchain Compliance GTM team, turning product specs into enablement assets.
• Develop training, roleplays, and talks using AI, based on real data to keep messaging credible.
• Run ongoing training and certification across discovery, product mastery, objection handling, competition, and compliance.
• Deliver AI-driven personalized development paths for each GTM team member.
• Build AI quality checks to prevent inaccurate compliance content reaching customers.
• Automate repetitive tasks by creating agents and automations to scale enablement.
