Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Group Product Manager to own the Onchain Compliance portfolio, driving vision, strategy, and roadmap for institutional customers and regulators. You’ll lead PMs, ship AI-enabled features, and directly influence adoption, retention, and ARR.

You’ll hire and coach PMs, set direction, and stay hands-on with critical initiatives while building strategic customer relationships and defining success with real metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop PMs; hire, coach, and provide feedback.
• Set the vision for onchain compliance and prioritize across PMs; define success with metrics.
• Stay hands-on on a few initiatives; prototype, build AI agents, ship with the team.
• Build ongoing customer relationships and translate feedback into roadmap unlocks.
• Report on progress, call out risks early, unblock PMs before projects fail.
