Job summary

Finpilot, the AI-native operating system for institutional capital, is seeking a survivor of startup GTM and Sales to lead our early market strategy. You will own the GTM and Sales function, designing approaches to reach large financial institutions and enterprises, and building lasting relationships with decision-makers.

You should bring a proven track record driving 0-to-1 GTM in startups, the ability to work autonomously, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset to iterate quickly on market

Qualifications

• Proven 0-to-1 GTM and Sales at a startup.
• Ability to act independently with full ownership of GTM and Sales.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with quick iteration on market feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM and Sales at Finpilot.
• Design and execute our early-stage go-to-market strategy to reach enterprises in the financial sector and related industries.
• Build scalable sales processes and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in financial institutions and enterprises.
