Job summary

Glean, a Work AI platform, is seeking a Product Enablement Manager to connect Product, Product Marketing, and GTM Enablement. You’ll translate launches and roadmaps into clear narratives, workflows, and trainings that drive adoption and revenue impact across the go-to-market org.

You’ll help build an AI-first enablement vision, designing an always-on system with role-aware guidance and in-flow practice, using AI to create scalable workflows and just-in-time coaching for field teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS go-to-market roles such as product enablement, sales enablement, product marketing, or similar roles with field interaction.
• Proven track record translating complex product concepts into simple narratives and trainings used in the field.
• Strong familiarity with value-based sales methodologies (e.g., Command of the Message, MEDDICC/MEDDPICC).
• Solid understanding of how AI products work conceptually and curiosity about Work AI’s impact on selling and customer workflows.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to design curricula, build interactive labs, power self-serve Q&A, or run agent-assisted certifications.
• Strong project and program management skills with multiple launches and content streams.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and rapid release cadences; ability to prioritize field needs.
• Systems thinker who turns trainings into durable AI-powered enablement experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM-facing layer of product enablement, translating release notes and specs into field guidance.
• Build and maintain a scalable product enablement program for GTM teams (Sales focus initially).
• Design and deliver high-impact enablement sessions with demos and real customer scenarios.
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Enablement teams for launch readiness.
• Embed product learning into onboarding, certifications, deal coaching, and manager enablement programs.
• Design an AI-first launch-to-enable loop and structured launch briefs.
• Collaborate on AI-powered enablement surfaces delivering just-in-time coaching.
