Glean is seeking a Product Enablement Manager to bridge Product, Product Marketing and GTM Enablement in a fast-paced Work AI environment. You’ll translate releases into field-ready narratives, design scalable enablement programs, and build AI-first onboarding and training that scales with growth and changing releases.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure launch readiness, craft role-based guidance, and deliver live and in-flow practice that accelerates revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS GTM or product enablement.
• Translate technical concepts into compelling narratives for field teams.
• Familiar with value-based sales approaches (e.g., MEDDICC).
• Hands-on use of AI tools for enablement and training.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM-facing layer of product enablement, translating release notes and specs into field guidance.
• Build and maintain a scalable enablement program for GTM teams, covering launches and core foundations.
• Design and deliver high-impact sessions with demos and real customer scenarios.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Enablement teams to ensure launch readiness.
• Embed product learning into onboarding, certifications, and deal coaching programs.
• Create AI-first launch briefs and in-flow practice to drive revenue impact.
