Job summary

Glean, a leading Work AI platform, seeks a Product Enablement Lead to bridge Product, Marketing and GTM teams. You will translate complex product capabilities into clear narratives, enablement plans, and scalable training that drives adoption and revenue impact.

You will design AI-first enablement processes, deliver hands-on sessions, and partner across functions to ensure readiness for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 releases. This role is hybrid with NYC/Nashville/SF/Mountain View offices.

Qualifications

5+ years in B2B SaaS GTM roles with field interaction.
Experience translating complex AI concepts into simple narratives and trainings.
Familiarity with value-based sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC).

Responsibilities

Own the GTM-facing layer of product enablement, translating release notes and docs into field guidance.
Build and maintain a scalable product enablement program for GTM teams.
Design and deliver high-impact enablement sessions with demos and real customer scenarios.
Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Outcomes to ensure launch readiness.
Embed product learning into onboarding, certifications, deal coaching, and manager enablement.
Design an AI-first launch-to-enable loop turning release signals into structured briefs and practice.
