Job summary

StreamForce is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect who will also lead the Value Creation practice. You will shape AI-first GTM strategy, design target architectures, and guide delivery across onshore and offshore teams to drive EBITDA and growth for PE-backed portfolios.

You will work with PE sponsors and portfolio executives to craft offerings, accelerators and go-to-market plays, turning learnings into sharper StreamForce offerings and revenue-driving programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise or solution architecture.
• 5+ years leading GTM or quote-to-cash transformations.
• Hands-on AI in GTM with agents/copilots in production.
• AI-first revenue strategy with executive-level buy-in.
• Deep Salesforce expertise across Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud.
• Finance/ERP integration knowledge with PE experience is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Value Creation offerings for PE-backed companies.
• Translate value creation theses into repeatable programs across portfolios.
• Engage portfolio company leaders to align AI work with EBITDA and growth.
• Package offerings, pricing, case studies and playbooks for reuse.
• Enhance the LEVR framework and publish repeatable GTM/AI playbooks.
• Expand Quickstart library with real-time board and exec reporting.
