Job summary

OneStream Software seeks a Growth Program Manager to drive cross-functional programs that accelerate revenue growth, product commercialization, and enterprise transformation. You will partner with senior leaders and GMs to coordinate go-to-market activity, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment from planning through launch.

This autonomous role in a lean team leads AI commercialization initiatives and delivers high-priority programs that improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant combination of education and experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in program management, governance, and leading change and innovation.
• Demonstrated experience independently owning and driving multiple large-scale, complex programs simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Independently drive execution of large complex transformation initiatives, prioritizing, assessing risk, managing dependencies, and escalating when needed with senior leaders.
• Orchestrate planning, governance, and end-to-end execution of Commercial Execution and enterprise transformation programs for multi-product strategy and revenue growth.
• Lead initiatives across multiple business units, connecting program activities to measurable business outcomes and opportunities for value creation.
• Lead the AI team and cross-functional business teams through AI commercialization and product launches.
• Ensure alignment across sponsors and cross-functional teams, surfacing trade-offs between technology, commercialization, and business priorities.
• Facilitate go/no-go decisions at key phase transitions based on readiness and value trade-offs.
• Act as primary contact for program stakeholders and executives, delivering decision-ready updates.
• Collaborate with executives to align commercial, AI, and transformation strategy with business objectives.
• Provide comprehensive program visibility through reporting on outcomes, risks, dependencies, and performance.
• Evolve processes, tools, and metrics to improve execution quality, productivity, and value realization.
• Step into hands-on project execution when required, without losing sight of the outcome.
• Remain compliant with company policies and guidelines.
