Job summary

Autodesk, Inc. is seeking a Software Architect to lead the architecture of next-generation GTM systems for Sales and Customer Success in the United States.

You will report to the Distinguished Architect and drive AI-first, agent-driven platforms across CRM and data layers. Responsibilities include designing scalable, event-driven architectures; integrating Salesforce Agentforce and AI tools from OpenAI/Anthropic; and guiding build-versus-buy choices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
• 12+ years of enterprise software experience, with strong focus on Sales, Customer Success, and CRM domains.
• Proven experience delivering AI/ML or Generative AI solutions, including hands-on exposure to LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar.
• Experience building or integrating agentic or autonomous systems, including exposure to Agentforce or similar agent frameworks.
• Salesforce certifications and deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Customer Success ecosystems.
• Strong experience with data integrations and distributed systems (APIs, event-driven architectures, data pipelines, security layers).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and define the strategic roadmap for Sales and Customer Success platforms.
• Architect agent-based and autonomous workflows using platforms like Salesforce Agentforce.
• Design AI-powered GTM solutions leveraging LLM ecosystems (OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Define scalable, event-driven and composable architectures; integrate CRM, CDP, ERP, and CS platforms with modern data platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to design AI-infused journeys and business processes.
• Define build vs buy strategies and govern modern cloud-native, API-first platforms.
