Job summary

Klaviyo Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer on the GTM Systems Partner team to own the enterprise systems end-to-end - from understanding business processes to engineering the right solution and delivering reliable integrations across the GTM stack.

You will mentor junior developers, ensure platform health and data governance, and work with the Product Owner and Architect to size work and plan sprints. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Salesforce solutions and integrations.
• Strong understanding of data flows and security.
• Ability to work end-to-end from scoping to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of Salesforce solutions - Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integrations - from sprint planning through deployment, applying engineering best practices (DRY, SOLID, KISS) and high code quality.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and the broader GTM stack, including the external-facing partner portal; ensure reliable, secure data flows and governance.
• Triage and resolve high-impact platform and data issues quickly, owning the technical fix and communicating status to stakeholders.
• Use AI tools to accelerate engineering workflow and share practices with teammates.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Architect during refinement to size work and surface constraints.
