Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Growth Design Lead to drive an AI-first design strategy that accelerates acquisition, activation, and revenue through scalable experiments. You will own the end-to-end visitor-to-lead experience, collaborating with Growth Marketing, Brand, Web/Engineering, and Data to translate insights into on-brand, high-performance experiences.

You should bring 10+ years in growth or marketing design, strong SEO/CRO background, and a track record of leading design

Qualifications

• 10+ years in growth, product, or marketing design with a top-of-funnel portfolio.
• Proven ability to run A/B and multivariate tests at scale.
• Deep understanding of SEO, page structure, and conversion optimization.
• Experience with CMS-driven platforms and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end visitor-to-lead experiences across marketing sites and campaigns.
• Build and scale a high-velocity experimentation engine for top-of-funnel pages.
• Define an AI-first design strategy aligned with growth metrics.
• Own CRO from a design perspective including hypotheses and testing.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Brand, Web/Engineering, and Data.
• Extend and contribute to design systems and components.
• Mentor designers and raise craft and AI fluency.
