Job summary

ConsumerAffairs is seeking an AI Native Growth Manager to lead the next evolution of our product growth. This role emphasizes AI-first thinking to accelerate acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization across our products.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to implement AI-powered workflows, run experiments, and translate insights into scalable growth initiatives that measurably move the business forward.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in Product Management, Product Growth, Growth Strategy, or Growth Marketing, preferably within a technology company.
• Proven success driving measurable improvements in customer acquisition, engagement, retention, or monetization.
• Experience owning product growth metrics and experimentation roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, Looker, or Tableau.
• SQL proficiency and comfort working with large datasets.
• Experience integrating AI solutions into customer-facing products.
• Familiarity with no-code and low-code automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own Product Growth StrategyIdentify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue
• Define and monitor key product growth metrics and KPIs
• Lead ExperimentationDesign, launch, and evaluate A/B tests and growth experiments
• Translate customer insights and behavioral data into product improvements
• Make recommendations backed by data rather than assumptions
• Drive AI TransformationIdentify opportunities where AI can improve customer experiences and internal operations
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine practical business applications
• Build or oversee AI-powered automations that reduce manual work and increase team productivity
• Partner with Engineering to incorporate AI capabilities into our products
• Serve as an internal thought leader on AI trends, best practices, and implementation
• Cross-Functional LeadershipPartner with Product Managers to define growth priorities
• Work closely with Engineering to deliver scalable solutions
• Collaborate with Marketing on acquisition, onboarding, lifecycle, and conversion optimization
• Partner with Analytics to build dashboards, reporting, and predictive insights
