Replicant seeks a Senior Digital & Growth Marketing Manager to drive high-intent web traffic, optimize conversions, and scale AI-powered experiences. You will own end-to-end website growth, partner with cross-functional teams, and lead data-driven CRO programs that tie web traffic to revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of specialized growth marketing, web management, or CRO in SaaS/B2B tech.
• Webflow & GA4 mastery with setup of custom events and tag management.
• Experience integrating AI tools into growth workflows for scaling landing pages and personalization.
• Technical MarTech integration: UTMs, forms, cookie management, and cross‑platform integrations.
• Pragmatic testing mindset: ongoing CRO programs with lightweight dashboards.

Responsabilités

• Own website growth end-to-end with focus on traffic, quality, and funnel conversions.
• Scale content and personalization using AI for 1:1 landing pages and assets.
• Manage site operations and analytics: GA4 events, UTM tracking, and integrations with Unify, HubSpot, Salesforce.
• Lead continuous CRO and AB testing with efficient workflows and dashboards.
• Partner across Demand Gen, Advertising, Product, and RevOps to align traffic and experiences.
• Develop SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies across platforms.
• Create interactive web tools and high-converting trial/demo flows.
