Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an experienced growth engineering leader to build and head the Growth Engineering team as a founding member of our growth initiative. You will drive user acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven strategies and scalable technical solutions.

The role requires deep expertise in experimentation, A/B testing, and building scalable systems. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and data science to identify opportunities and hire and coach engineering

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of growth engineering leadership experience.
• Proven track record in growth experimentation and data-driven product optimization.
• Experience recruiting, scaling, and retaining engineering talent in high-growth environments.
• Excellent leadership and communication across functions.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team of growth engineers focused on user acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Define and execute the technical strategy for growth initiatives, including A/B testing frameworks and measurement systems.
• Create clarity and direction for the team in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and data science to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive scalable systems for experimentation, personalization, and optimization.
