Job summary

DocuSign seeks a Senior Product Manager in California to own the commerce stack end-to-end, spanning quoting, pricing, and provisioning, with a strong AI-first mindset. You will map data, decisions, and state flow across product definitions to billing and revenue operations, driving cross-functional improvements and reliable launches.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience in commerce, quote-to-cash, or order-to-revenue domains within SaaS or enterprise software
• Experience reasoning end to end across commerce systems and their downstream consequences
• Experience with one or more layers of the commerce stack (CPQ, catalog/pricing, billing, provisioning)
• Experience enabling new products or monetization models with data standards and governance
• Experience with enterprise commerce platforms (Zuora, Oracle, Salesforce) and data flow across boundaries
• Experience with AI-first products and decision ownership over AI features

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for commerce capabilities end to end across quoting, pricing, and provisioning
• Map and manage the full commerce stack from product definition to revenue operations
• Define and enforce quoting controls including pricing rules, discounts, configuration validation and approvals
• Drive end-to-end quoting experience and reduce friction across systems and processes
• Identify systemic issues in commerce performance and drive cross-functional corrective actions
• Enable new monetization models with data standards and governance for reliable launches
• Partner with engineering, finance, and GTM to align capabilities with policies and pricing
• Define and drive AI-first commerce experience strategy and embedded AI capabilities
• Own the roadmap for AI-powered commerce features: intelligent assistants, real-time pricing, NL interfaces
• Define evaluation, measurement, and improvement cycles for AI components
• Collaborate with data science to shape AI development lifecycle for commerce features
• Establish observability dashboards and health signals for leadership visibility
• Mentor and develop talent; hire and align cross-functional teams
• Use AI tools to prototype and improve team workflows and delivery practices
