Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Manager for Commerce Applications to own the end-to-end commerce stack—from product definition, pricing, quoting, and provisioning to revenue operations.

You will design AI-native experiences, drive monetization models, and ensure cross-functional alignment with engineering, finance, and GTM teams. The role demands deep domain expertise in quote-to-cash, a systems mindset, and a track record shipping AI-powered capabilities within SaaS or

Qualifications

12+ years of product management experience in commerce, quote-to-cash, or order-to-revenue domains within SaaS or enterprise software
Experience reasoning end to end across commerce systems and how changes ripple across layers
Experience with one or more layers of the commerce stack (CPQ, pricing, billing, provisioning)
Experience with quoting controls and policy enforcement across channels
Experience enabling new products or monetization models with data standards and catalog management
Experience with enterprise commerce platforms (Zuora, Oracle, Salesforce) and data flow across boundaries
Experience with AI-first products and responsible AI decision-making across enterprise workflows
Experience with data pipelines and analytics tools (Snowflake, Looker, Tableau)

Responsibilities

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for commerce capabilities end to end
Map and manage the full commerce stack from product definition to billing and fulfillment
Define and enforce quoting controls, pricing rules, and contract structuring logic
Drive end-to-end quoting experience for sellers and customers, reducing friction
Identify systemic issues and drive corrective action across processes and systems
Enable new monetization models with governance for catalog management and data standards
Partner with Engineering, Finance, Sales Ops, and GTM to align capabilities with policies
Define and drive the AI-first commerce strategy and AI-powered capabilities
Own the AI development lifecycle from problem framing to rollout and learning
Establish observability with dashboards and metrics for performance and health
Mentor and develop talent, contributing to hiring and cross-functional growth
Use AI tools to prototype and improve workflows and delivery practices
