Robinhood in Menlo Park is seeking a software engineer to join an elite team applying frontier technologies to the world's financial challenges. This role emphasizes delivering enterprise-grade services with strong security and scalability, and requires hands-on cloud and AI-native development.

You will partner with Finance, HR, Legal and Compliance while shipping production-ready code, running in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment with in-person collaboration at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production backend or full-stack experience.
• Cloud depth with CI/CD and serverless stacks.
• Experience in finance or fintech is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess prototypes and decide to harden, rebuild, or redirect end-to-end.
• Design, build and ship services on enterprise platforms following security standards.
• Develop AI-native features, agents and production artifacts.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal and Compliance throughout builds.
• Deliver runbooks, evaluations and dashboards for handoffs.
• Establish repeatable platform patterns with Enterprise Platforms team.
